Online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in December 2019 & January 2020.

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Clerk or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP Clerks -IX). The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination.

Age Limit (As on 01.09.2019):

  • Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 28 years
  • i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1991 and not later than 01.09.1999 (both dates inclusive)

Eligibility

  • Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India.

Application Fee

  • General / OBC/EWS : 600/-
  • SC / ST / PH : 100/-
Pay the Examination Fee Through Online Fee Mode Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallet, Cash Card.

Preliminary Examination Syllabus

1 English Language - 30 Questions - 30 Maximum Marks 20 minutes
2 Numerical Ability - 35 Questions - 35 Maximum Marks 20 minutes
3 Reasoning Ability - 35 Questions - 35 Maximum Marks 20 minutes

Main Examination Syllabus

  1. General/ Financial Awareness - 50 Questions - 50 Maximum Marks - 35 minutes
  2. General English - 40 Questions - 40 Maximum Marks - 35 minutes
  3. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude - 50 Questions - 60 Maximum Marks - 45 minutes
  4. Quantitative Aptitude - 50 Questions 50 45 minutes
Total 190 Questions of 200 Marks in 160 minutes. The above tests except the Tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
  • There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
